FRIDAY JUNE 27 2 PM Begin preparing site by setting up tents, tables, chairs, radios, antennas, cables, generators, computers, network, etc. 5 PM Break for supper as a group 6:30 PM Test stations and network 9 PM Break for evening, volunteer(s) to stay on site for security SATURDAY JUNE 28 7 AM Meet back on site and continue to set up and test 9 AMHeritage Day/Strawberry Fest begins 12 NoonEducational Activity for bonus points 2 PM Field Day begins 3 PM Festival ends 6 PM Pot Luck Supper SUNDAY JUNE 29 7 AM-ishGroup Breakfast on site 12 NoonWrap up operating and begin breakdown
