3 Information Technology Committee (ITC) The Information Technology Committee (ITC) is comprised of the Collegiate Secretary (who shall serve as chair of the board), the Director of Information Technology (who shall serve as the advisor), and one student representative from each class. Two students from the junior and freshman classes shall be elected in the fall semester and serve two- year terms. The committee shall act as a liaison between the student body and the Information Technology department, address student needs and concerns and make recommendations for improvement. The IT Committee shall communicate with but be distinct from the faculty TAG committee. Currently: named Technology Advisory Group (TAG) and have no stated purpose Why change?: to reinvent the committee and clear up name confusion

9 Elections: Campaigning Under: Collegiate Bylaws I. Elections Candidates may submit information intended to be posted on Facebook to the elections committee. The committee shall administer and monitor a page throughout the election. Candidates may use any campaigning supplies they would like. Collegiate Cabinet shall also supply campaigning materials to candidates upon reasonable request. Currently: Facebook is not allowed, and candidates can use only the supplies provided by Collegiate Cabinet. Why change?: to encourage more student participation and increase election excitement *Note: These ideas are still in debate among the members of CRC.

10 Elections: Miscellaneous Under: Collegiate Bylaws I. Elections Add: Spring elections shall be held in the spring semester, and fall elections shall be held in the fall semester.
