3  Sometimes adolescents can understand addiction better if it is presented as a habit  Habits can be very strong and difficult to control  We can learn what has been keeping a habit going  Thoughts and emotions can be a big part of addiction  Looking at thoughts, feelings and circumstances can help understand addiction and give power.
