3  Approximately 30,000 EV’s were sold last year in the US, in which 50% were in California.  In 2009 55,553 Hybrid were sold in California, compared to New York 15,438/ Florida 14,949  Manufactures will be looking for students/ technicians to hire and train in EV.  Students will have to service these vehicles in the field.

4  No students or technicians should work on or service any hybrid or electric vehicles at anytime without proper training from a manufacture in regards to all safety and service procedures.

6  Cost of initial ownership and savings.  CO2 emissions compared to ICE when driving.  CO2 emissions compared driving and creating electricity.  Ratio of cost of electricity to charge vs. cost of gasoline.  Internal vehicle power supply systems and controls in regards to charging and regenerative braking.
