Identified in 1938 Henry Turner found 7 patients that had dwarfism and lack of sexual development People between ages of 15 to 23 Found only in females Can be from either sperm or egg Life expectancy is decreased by 10 years

Flat chest, dry eyes, drooping eyelids, flat feet Low set ears, wide neck, swelling of hands and feet Diagnosis is from the symtoms Treatment includes growth hormones and estrogen therapy
