2. Introduction Now a day many systems are working hard to make different types of data transformation.One of these manger system is IR. Now a day many systems are working hard to make different types of data transformation.One of these manger system is IR. So this project tries to make use of this technology and uses the standards in these fields.

3. Definition of This System  Creating connection between two remote computers using IR and PIC 16F877 IC.  Making chat through the system  Sending Files through the system

4. TOOLS  PIC 16F877.  IR sender and Reciever.  MFC application.  Serial port Connection

5. System Specification Software Specification  Windows XP or newer version of Windows. Hardware Specification  Minimum CPU 333 MHz  Minimum 32MB RAM  Minimum 4 GB Hard Drive  Minimum 15" Monitor  Minimum 8 MB VGA card  Serial Port

6. Feature Of The System –6 KHz ( Mainly the IR system can't reach this frequency but this is done by software to reduce the error in data transformation. ) –File transformation with original channel, and through secure channel(user selected ). –Chat system with main features.

7. Conclusion  The system is good for small data transformation and not applicable for heavy data use.  The system can be secured by sending & receiving data in encryption mode.  The major error source is the noise form the power supply and for the tools used in hardware.  The data transfer can be faster if the hardware quality was better and the media was less sensitive.  It is better to do more work on removing noise from the hardware tool used in experiments, since these tools (specially power supplies ) causes more noise than original environment.
