6. Stock Market Change Essay I have chosen Duke Energy and CSX Transportation. I have chosen these two because they would be affected by the external event of a tornado. A tornado would definitely affect Duke Energy as a stock and a company. The tornado would destroy much of the costumer’s houses. That is when their stocks would stay the same mostly or lose a small amount or have tiny gain. Actually this isn’t even close to CSX Transportation. Next you will read about, how good or bad CSX Transportation will change. Any kind of tornado would annihilate CSX Transportation’s stocks. Since CSX is a railroad train company, the tornado would suck up the railroad tracks. So that would mean, hold up on transportation, a huge amount of money loss, and all the things left in the train. Only if the train gets carried away by the storm. If I had to choose, I would definitely choose Duke Energy. I mean obviously, I wouldn’t want to choose either. I would like to choose something very cheap, also it would be going up stock wise.
