4 4 ABCs of Rotaract April 9, 2011 What is Rotaract? Founded in 1968, Rotaract is the Rotary International organization for 18-30 year olds. Together, Interact, Rotaract and Rotary form Rotary International.

5 5 ABCs of Rotaract April 9, 2011 What is Rotaract? Rotaract is a Rotary-sponsored service club for young men and women ages 18 to 30. Rotaract clubs are either community or university based, and they’re sponsored by a local Rotary club. This makes them true "partners in service" and key members of the family of Rotary.

6 6 ABCs of Rotaract April 9, 2011 What’s the difference? Lower dues Generally more service-based volunteering Dynamic No meal during meeting Does not contribute on an individual basis to the RI Foundation

Theme: synced with RI annual theme Mission: We will strengthen the local and international community and develop our members professionally and personally by providing opportunities for service work, exposure to opportunities for service work, exposure to other cultures & engagement with local community service and business leaders. Vision: To be the service organization of choice for young adults in the Milwaukee area with dynamic, action-orientated members whose contributions improve lives in communities world wide.
