Periodical/Journal Citations – APA Style Finding the information for journal citations can be tricky – you must be patient and thorough to search for all of these information items: Author’s name Title of journal Title of article Volume number (Ex. Vol. 2) Issue number (Ex. No. 1) Page numbers *Location: website or DOI (an assigned number)

Adding Journals to the Reference List Open your edited reference list from the past couple of days. Add 2 additional references – one must be a journal article, and one must be a newspaper article. You may choose any topic for these references. Journals: Use the UNF catalogs or Google Scholar Newspapers: Use any news website (popular are The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN, Time, etc.) Email the completed list to me: stephanie.gallop@gmail.com
