2 2 Welcome and Introductions – Richard Biggerstaff, President The MPA - Charlotte chapter would like to take an opportunity here at the end of the year to THANK you the members and a number of folks who have helped our chapter grow and deliver some very quality programs and presentations to our membership. Thanks for joining us as we celebrate our successes for this year and take an opportunity for you to help chart what the future of MPA – Charlotte will be.

3 3 2005 Chapter Goals & Objectives – Richard Biggerstaff, President Our goals and objectives - how well are we doing –Increase Membership and membership participation –Increase sponsorship and sponsorship participation –Improve quality of programs and events –Strengthen board membership and commitment Major Accomplishments –Membership: from 43 to 58, CITPG, NCPMI, MPMI-PDD –Added Pcubed as local sponsor, working to add IIL and others –Developed “Partnership” with Carolina IT Professionals Group –Dan Colby as Programs/Events Director Upcoming opportunities –Board positions –Monthly meeting schedule / Host next release of MSP
