8. Students going on the trip to Howard University tomorrow must go to their first period classes. Then meet downstairs at 7:50am. The bus will leave promptly at 8am. The list of restaurants located at the mall for lunch is posted outside Mrs. Stone’s door in S109B. Down the CTE Hallway.

10. Friday, is Spirit Day! Everyone wear your SHS colors, especially to the basketball game, where Learn & Serve students will be putting together an SHS Spirit Video! The video is for a county wide Spirit Contest! So remember, Friday, show your colors!

17. DECA will be holding a Spirit Night at CiCi's this TONIGHT (Feb 5 th ) from 5-8 in Central Park. Any money we make will go towards their trip to Virginia Beach for State Competition.

20. Dual Enrollment Tuition is Due For all Seniors currently enrolled in Mr. Andrews DE English class. The deadline is Tuesday, February 17 th. Please bring your payment to Mrs. Bryant in the Counseling Center.

21. Attention AP Students! The deadline to pay for your AP Exams is February 27, 2015. You can pay your exam fees to Ms. Bliss in the Counseling Center or Mrs. Ritchie in the main office. Payments will be accepted before and after school daily. Checks or Cash are accepted. EXACT CHANGE ONLY. After February 27 th there will be an additional $55.00 late fee attached to each exam you are taking. OUCH!

23. Need a Calorie Free Valentine’s Day treat for your friends.? Key Club is selling sets of hearts that will attach to your friend’s locker on Thursday, February 12 th. The cost is only $2 and all the money goes to the American Cancer Society. Hearts will be on sale each X-Day through February 11 th. You can also see Mrs. Bridges in Room S-205. 24. Attention: FBLA Members There will be an all-member meeting on February 11 th, after school, in Mrs. Bolton’s room. Members who participate will receive a point. Remember to wear your FBLA T-shirt ALL day to receive an additional point.
