2. Issue Statement The workgroup was formed to address:  Issues concerning the use of Intelligent Mail® Barcodes on Reply Mail.  How to communicate program requirements and timelines.

Desired Results  Identify barriers unique to Reply Mail to transitioning to the Intelligent Mail ® Barcode and develop approaches to overcome them.  Provide industry feedback on counting and invoicing procedures to maximize opportunities for participation and efficiency gains.  Develop approaches to communicate the benefits of Intelligent Mail ® for Reply Mail to promote widespread usage.

6. Results  Identified several areas of opportunity and developed recommendations to overcome the barriers to IMb adoption  Identified areas of opportunity to create more revenue for the USPS and the industry
