21 21 Collaboration  Have regular co-planning meetings with teachers teaching the same level for developing L&T strategies and materials as well as curriculum evaluation  Have meetings with the English Panel Chair, Curriculum Leader, Level Leaders & other ST teachers for the development of the subject & the framework for the school- based English curriculum

23 23 Gains  Set up an image of an English-speaking person  Provide an enriched environment for students to use English  More time for co-planning meetings to develop L&T strategies and materials  Evaluation of L&T of a class helps to improve L&T of another class of the same level
