13 Customers qualify via their SA consulting benefits Packaged Services are a type of Software Assurance benefit: Predefined service engagements Offering defined based on service type & engagement length Voucher covers service type & engagement length, not number of hours or cash value (no ‘unused’ days / value to bank) Desktop Deployment Planning Services (DDPS) SharePoint Deployment Planning Services (SDPS) Select SAM, EA, EA Subscription Enrollments Customers earn engagement with qualified Microsoft Partners or MCS based upon on their Office Application SA spend

14 SDPS or DDPS? SDPS offers another option for customers with Packaged Service SA vouchers – they will be able to choose DDPS or SDPS For example, if a customer took advantage of DDPS and subsequently renewed their EA, they will most likely want to move on to an SDPS engagement under their renewal enrollment Provides customers the flexibility to use the offering that best fits their needs based on current environment and future plans

15 Benefit Entitlement for SDPS Entitlement is provided up front based on their full term estimated spend totaling all invoiced and scheduled billings for their Office system Application SA coverage, even if they split payments. Additional consideration is applied with True Up or other unscheduled invoices if the customer has not yet created a voucher. Customers may also increase the length of their SDPS Engagement up to 15 days by converting unused Training Vouchers. The number of training vouchers required will depend upon the customer’s current entitlement level, spend, and requested service level. Customers will see their conversion options on Microsoft Volume Licensing Services (MVLS) website at http://licensing.microsoft.com.http://licensing.microsoft.com

Microsoft Certified Professionals Two consultants on staff or under contract that are certified on Microsoft Office SharePoint Sever by taking Exam #70-630, TS: Office SharePoint Server: Configuring. Three Customer References Partner need at least three references for projects that feature the integration of products, technology, and services to align resources and business activities using Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 or SharePoint Portal Server 2003.
