4 What does exercise do? Helps prevent diseases
Decrease weight/tone up the body Increase flexibility Increase cardiovascular system/Stamina Help with mood disorders Rehabilitation of injuries

5 How much exercise do we need?
30 minutes 5 times a week Total 2 ½ hours
