As you can see from the line graph our marketing solutions have made a significant impact on our profits as of March 2012 We anticipate continued improvement as time goes on. I will present the next up date on our progress in June 2012. The focus of this next briefing will be: Profit Change Baggage Fees March Madness Unplanned travel

As of March 5, 2012 over 65% of the tickets purchased were bought less than a week in advance thus causing much unplanned travel and an exceptional amount of profit. Unplanned travel increased by 30% from February January was uneventful with 10% of tickets purchased representing unplanned travel March was twice the amount of unplanned travel in comparison to December when many people travel.

Since our company decided to cut baggage fees in half we have had great success. 85% of travelers brought extra bags Customer service ratings increased For every person traveling one of more bags were checked. People report choosing our airline over another as a result of the reduced baggage fee.

Our March Madness deal has brought a wide variety of customers and has helped sky rocket our profits. So far we have given away more then 2000 tickets to games in the selected cities. This has sparked interest and enthusiasm for our March Madness deals.
