WE ARE IN ABOUT 150 MILES FROM BERTOUA IN THE EASTERN PROVINCE OF CAMEROON

OUR VISION Reach the Underprivileged and the Marginalized People through the Demonstration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ The First Group we Identified were the Bakas (Pygmies)

ABOUT THE BAKA More than 75,000 Living in the Rain Forest of Central Africa Based Mostly in Cameroon’s East and South Provinces Have Been Marginalized for Many Years Are in the Category of the Underprivileged People Cameroonian Government looking for ways to reach Bakas Especially in trying to find them a region of their own, which was then made possible by the presence of The Mission School of Hope.

OUR ACHIEVEMENTS With the support from many individuals and churches we celebrate God for the following achievements: Two permanent buildings with two classrooms each. The foundation of the third 2 classroom building A medical clinic which is still be completed Staff living quarters that needs completion A water well that provides water for the Baka community. A vehicle that eases transportation of items to the school. Establishment of farm land (1200 cocoa plants)

PLAN OF ACTION FOR 2008 In January we saw the need for 2008 to be efficient, effective and successful and so we held a meeting with the staff of the mission school of hope to have a plan of action for this year 2008. The plan of action was as follows: Studying strategies for the examination class in order to gain success. The new headmaster Mr. Ngoffe Dieudonne is given the full right to run the school To be able to pay staff every month.

The completion of one apartment for the staff living quarters The production of new uniforms for the pupils Provide regular school lunch program for the pupils The completion of the first two classrooms building (flooring, painting, and doors) The completion of the third two classrooms building (raising of walls, roofing, plastering, flooring, painting, windows and doors) Completion of the medical clinic and obtaining equipment for the clinic Training at least 4 medical nurses for the clinic to serve the Baka children and the Baka community.

Buying and Setting up a plant generator to serve the school, staff living quarters and the clinic We believe that if we follow this plan of action we will be able to accomplish our goals for 2008-09.

A WORD OF THANKS FROM THE MSH Thank you to all of you who have contributed to make this vision a reality. Thanks to all of you that have made us to dream of a brighter future and also to believe that there is going to be an accomplishment. Thanks to all of you who put smiles on our faces through your selfless sacrifices of love. Thanks for being Jesus to us even down here in Mbang where oceans and hills separate us. Thanks to all of you that took the time to visit us in Mbang, Cameroon, Africa.
