6 MMAC Program Description Mothers Making A Change (MMAC) is a gender specific, outpatient substance abuse treatment program for pregnant women and/or women with children under 18 years of age. Target population Length of treatment Referral Sources Aftercare

7 MMAC Residential (Cooper Street) Program Description Cooper Street Residential : Seven two-bedroom town homes Capacity : 12 families Length of treatment Staffing

8 Residential Programs (con’t) Ready for Work is a gender specific, substance abuse Eligibility : Open case with DFCS Capacity: RFW 30 families. Post Partum Women Program: is a gender specific program for pregnant women, or post partum women with a child under 18 months of age Capacity: Post Partum: 10 families

9 Transitional Housing Transitional housing provide 3 months of independent living Completed Treatment Aftercare/Counseling

10 Outcomes FY’12 Cobb CSB served 45 women in FDTC Completions 27- 60% Currently Enrollment: 13
