Duty of care surveys The first study of Dr.Lisbeth Klaus showed the rising presence of Duty of Care & Company liability in national labour legislations, suggesting the need of an integrated & strategic risk management program for Corporate and International Organizations. A new eight months benchmarking study has just been conducted to answer the question : “What does Duty of Care really mean from a company’s perspective?” Release of the survey in September 2011
