2.  Went through Solon schools  Have a B.S. in middle childhood education in the areas of math and science  Fifth year teaching, Four years teaching in Indiana  Fifth year teaching science  Also teaching Algebra and Science at the middle school for 7 th and 8 th grade

3.  Prepare students for other science courses that they will take at SHS  Prepare students for the new state tests  Use technology – videos, photo stories, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs  Have students work with others to increase problem solving skills (inquiry based lessons)

11.  Make an appointment with me before school  Science Lab  Peer tutors and teachers  Study hall, lunch

12.  Review notes daily  Flash cards for vocab.  Complete and review study guides  Ask questions  Get extra help when needed  Use a planner for organization
