5. Professional Development and Performance Management  RPD – there will be a required Professional Development – NQT, EPD  APD – Agreed Professional development  Systems Leadership - promoted through SEF (School Effectiveness framework) All staff on continuum

6. Continuous Professional Development  WAG review of CPD and Performance Management  ITT – entitlements of inclusion  Core NQT / EPD professional development  Mandatory ALNCo training  Explore potential to work with other agencies e.g. Health – Child Development courses

7. Whose responsibility?  Schools?  Clusters?  Local Authorities?  Universities?  Consortia?  WAG? Current thinking is that funding will be linked to consortia and Universities
