Insert Approved Classification Here PROGRAM OVERVIEW Initial Development Plan Continued Reduces number of on-base homes by over 600 homes–increasing housing demand and property tax revenues outside of the installation Program provides temporary opportunity for federal employees and military retirees to live on post More than $8 million generated by DoD/civilians/military retirees and put back into the program to build and renovate homes for military families (since January 2010)
