Health & Human Services has flourished for more than eight year under the calm, steadying guidance of Linda Seemeyer. 2015 brings about a change in leadership at HHS. Elizabeth “Liz” Aldred was appointed by the County Board on 10/14/14 to take over the helm upon Linda’s retirement.

2015 brings another change in leadership at Walworth County in the Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff Dave Graves is retiring after 42 years of law enforcement service. The current Undersheriff, Kurt Picknell, received 75% of the primary election votes to fill the office. With no other candidates on the ballot, Kurt is expected to take over the office on January 5 th, 2015. With 27 years of law enforcement experience and significant education credentials, Kurt will hit the ground running.
