What Does it Do?
The micro chip adjusts the indoor fan to stay on for an exact measured amount of time after the cooling or heating unit cycles off.
It calculates how long the cooling or heating unit has been running and automatically programs the fan to remain on until all of the cold/hot air left in the ducts/system has been released into the room.
This extended fan run-time reduces the number of times the A/C compressor or furnace cycles on thus minimizing one of the most energy guzzling elements found in both residential or commercial buildings.
