3 O Watermark: Inserts “ghosted text” behind the content of the page O Often used to indicate that a document is to be treated specially, such as Confidential or Urgent

4 Insert Page Numbers O Insert Ribbon within the Header & Footer group O Select page number location and style Insert Signature Line O Inserts a signature line specifying the individual who must sign

5 O Symbols: Inserts symbols that are not found on the keyboard, such as copyright and trademark symbols O Found on the Insert Ribbon O Equations: Inserts mathematical equations in your word document O Customize equations on the Equation Tools Design Contextual tab
