Relevance – Pressure ulcers (PUs) are highly prevalent in people with SCI. – ES activates muscles and might reduce risk factors.

Outcome variables: – Interface pressure of ischial tuberosities (ITs). – Pressure gradient.

Protocol 1:4: – Showed less muscle fatigue. Usability of ES shorts: – Participants scored as satisfactory.

Protocol 1:4 – Recommended because has less fatiguing effect. ES of the hamstrings and gluteal muscles might be promising method of preventing Pus. – But further study is needed.
