1. Tuesday, February 21 Come in, get in groups according to the color of your index card. If you have a blue card, look for the blue sign. In your groups, each person must have a PENCIL or PEN that is NOT the same color as the others in the group. If you have green, then the other members cannot write with a green utensil. Each person in the group must have their own highlighter. The color of the highlighters can be the same or different. Agenda: TALL TALE writing activity Read chapter 40. If time does not permit, you need to read chapter 40 for homework. We go over the study guide questions tomorrow for that chapter. Reminders: Chapter 40 for homework. Vocabulary is due today.- Place it in the black tray before you leave. Huck Finn final test is Friday.

3. Wednesday, February 22 nd Come in, sit down, get out your study guide and your book.Agenda: –Journal Write about the best day of your life thus far. Make sure your name is at the top left hand corner and the date is below your name. It needs to be a half a page. –You will turn them in to me. I have to collect 3 pieces of writing from each of you for the district. Reminders: Reminders: –Vocabulary is due today. –Huck Finn Test is Friday. –I will not be here Friday. You need to be on your best behavior. –TAKS TEST is coming up. March 7 th. This is the test that will determine whether or not you get to graduate. TAKE IT SERIOUSLY!

4. Thursday, February 23 rd Come in, sit down, and get out your study guide and vocabulary. If your vocabulary is in the black tray, you may pick it up. If you are not going to be here tomorrow, you need to make arrangements to stay after school on Monday to make up your test.
