3. Strand Advisor Housing and Registration Strand Advisors receiving housing through ATIA will receive confirmations by January 9. Strand advisors who should be, but are not showing on the current housing list will be contacted by Elise All Strand Advisors should have received complimentary registration using the code: SMF9

4. Speaker Orientation 12pm ET/11am CT/9am PT on the following dates: Wednesday, January 14 Monday, January 19 Wednesday, January 21 Please let us know today or via email (education@atia.org) by January 12 th which call you will be attendingeducation@atia.org All Strand Advisors will be asked to introduce themselves at the beginning of the call.

6. Strand Advisor Conference Expectations Be present at as many of your strand’s sessions as possible Introduce yourself to the speakers If you need a meeting spot, the Speaker Ready Room is available (Governors Board Room)

7. Staff Contacts All ATIA Staff will be in dark blue polo shirts with ATIA logo and all staff will be able to contact each other via walkies. Elise, Becky and Ariane will be available in the staff office (official location will be emailed to you) when not outside the session rooms

8. Session Handouts All handouts collected in time have been placed on the CD Rom being given to all attendees All submitted handouts will be available from ATIA.org following the conference
