All rights reserved. 2 Medical Education Credential Requirements for ECFMG Certification Effective February 1, 2004 Complete a medical school curriculum of at least four academic years Medical school and graduation year must be listed in the International Medical Education Directory (IMED). Document completion of all requirements for, and receipt of, final medical diploma Submit final medical school transcript Primary source verification of Medical diploma and transcript by ECFMG
