Methodology of intervention: 6. tailored action plan definition (through a interview with the user); 7. mediation (matching between enterprises and user’s skills and needs); 8. tailored action plan implementation (job placement path, internal and external tutor assignment, monitoring, etc.). 6. The strength point of this law is the involvement of public and private actors in social services provision. COOSS is authorised and accredited by Region Marche as service providers.
