PPAR Workflow National Projects 1 Report request sent by PMO two weeks prior to the end of the reporting period, i.e. 15 June & 15 Dec. 2 CP can start preparation of the report at any time without PMO´s invitation to ensure timely submission. 3 Deadlines for submission to the Secretariat: 31 July (January-June period) and 31 January (July-Dec period); if deadline is missed, the regional Division Director sends an e-mail to the NLO, no later than 5 August/5 February, with copy to the PM, recalling the reporting requirement, missed date and requesting compliance. 4 Feedback on report sent by PMO to NLO/ CP within three weeks of PPAR receipt.
