2. Re-size your image first Before you start with adding an image to your site it must be resized to suit your page. An image should not be larger than 800px wide or high.* Generally you will insert it at about 400px wide so it will then “popup” to the full 800px size. * If it is too big it will slow down the site, take ages to load and Google will not like you!

3. Inserting “popup” pictures First login to the backend of your website: www.yourdomain.co.uk/administrator

4. Select the article you want to edit From the menu tab : CONTENT ARTICLE MANAGER Then choose the article and click on it to open

5. Click Article link to open

6. Upload your Picture In the article click the “Insert/Edit Image” icon The box that opens contains all your folders, choose an appropriate one or create a new one & upload the resized image from your computer:

7. Set the size and position of image

8. Make Google love you. Add some relevant text to the “Alternate Text” field - describe the picture in a few words. This box is important and should not be ignored if you want Google to list your pictures in Google images and rank your website well.

9. Make the image “Pop-up”

10. Finished Just click “Insert” bottom right to set the image in place. SAVE & CLOSE the article and check on the website front end that it works properly.
