2. The History behind the task came from our most recent AGM We encountered numerous Queries/concerns about improving Communications at MRFC. MRFC have had a website for a number of years which has been a very positive aspect of club communications….. But the infrastructure and engine appears to have become dated and required a lot of manual input…. Subsequent to the AGM – the Committee formed a task force to investigate possibilities and revert back with recommendations. ……the Website forms only 1 aspect of current club communications. There are operational overheads and repetitive administrative tasks that continue to be labour intensive and it is becoming more difficult to manage with the increasing growth of the club ……

Access new WebPage technology Enhance user experiences across Officials / Players / Parents / 3rd Party for Mungret Regional FC Leverage technology tools to assist day-to-day operations and running of the club The goal is to demonstrate how we can --- through the AIO Solution… We Identified and proposed a WebPresence communications AIO solution that will enhance electronic connectivity and meet the current and future needs of MRFC. This was adopted by the Committee in April 2015

The website is packed with time-saving features, to help improve Club Image, Team Management and Communication Facilitates managers to communicate with team/parents/members o Match reports o Player availability o Photos o Statistics o League tables o Training times… Messages delivered through the Communication tool appear in the recipient member’s email account inbox, as well as their Pitchero inbox. Clubs can send club wide messages, or messages to just designated recipients. Android / IOS Pitchero App also available for updates on the go… Remove manual non value add for club officials….registration….data base management. Weekly emailed automatic Newsletter reaching all our membership Reflects the status of MRFC as one of the largest amateur sports clubs in the region. All automatically interacting with Twitter/Facebook Upload a sponsor, manage sponsor locations, increase sponsor visibility There is no html or tricky software. 9. How do we optimise the benefits available to all club members, supporters and officials ???? It is essential all coaches Managers & Officials Team admins parents and players register on the Mungret Regional website for the club to gain all the benefits associated with the website. There is an emphasis and responsibility on the coaches/team admins and officers to ensure all parents where possible register on the web to make this work.
