1 ‘2013 Seoul S&T Forum’ Poster Guidelines 1. How to Participate in the Poster Session - All organizations and companies may participate in the poster session and may present any of the three types of posters. - For the template for each type, please refer to next page. Poster Presentation Type Official Language : English Duration of Poster Presentation : 3-5 min per poster during the poster session Template: Each organization or company fills out the official template and the forum secretariat will take care of the design and printing. Deadline of poster submission: September 30th, 2013 Type 1 Developing countries seeking R&D collaboration opportunities with developed countries related to forum sessions Introducing technologies that are transferable or applicable to developing countries related to session topics Introducing cases of best practice of Official Development Assistance in science & technology for developing countries Type 2 Type 3 2. How to Write Your Posters Poster Size: 90cm * 150 cm (width * length) The message should be clear and understandable without an oral explanation. If you wish to use images, each image should have a resolution of at least 300 dpi. You should write more than 2 contact points (contact number, email, and organization) so that anyone who has inquiries about the project or technology can contact them. 3.
