Step1: Create a conference profile Register for the conference The conference profile is your personal platform on the AIDS 2010 website. Once created, it will enable you to: Submit an abstract or request abstract mentoring Submit a scholarship application Book accommodation, tours or flights Submit a workshop or programme activity proposal

www.aids2010.org Click on “My conference profile” at the top left section of the conference website.

name@yourmail.com A new window will appear. Go to ”Create new Profile”, enter your email address,click on ”New”.

When you enter text in the fields, instructions appear to guide you. You will be directed to a form. Follow the instructions that appear on the right for each field. Fill in all fields and choose your country from the pull down menu.

Select your organization type from the pull down menu.

Select your occupation from the pull down menu.

Select a password, then repeat it in the ”password repeated” field.

Click ”Save/Update” to save your details.

Congratulations, you have now created your user profile. Click on the tabs within your conference profile to access forms and information.
