30. Chapter By-Laws: Proposed Changes Re: Article III: Membership Section 2: Qualifications and Privileges Item C: Associate Members Request by Rhode Island to allow student (Associate members) to hold elected office, vote and serve on local committees at local chapter level

31. Chapter By-Laws: Rationale Significant disparity in allowing affiliate members( non-nurses) these privileges Need to allow all chapters the same opportunity, therefore requires change in sample chapter bylaws

32. Chapter By-Laws: Next Steps: Consensus at this meeting ANACPresent to ANAC BOD in January If approved, changes will be made to Sample Chapter Bylaws Chapters will have the option to change their bylaws using the approved process.
