4. Activity 1- to explore the issues 4 volunteers How might audio and video be used in the workplace to help learners reflect on their skills and learning development needs? Other participants to take on the role of observers and commentators

6. Activity 2 2 volunteers –One to be the “learner” and one to be the “teacher/coach/mentor”. Other participants to take on the role of observers and commentators

7. Activity 2 The “learner” has to make a paper hat (or paper aeroplane,etc) and give a running commentary whilst making it –( 3 mins) The “teacher” gives feedback to the “learner” on the procedure and final creation. –(2 mins)
