Hospital Confinement Pays a lump sum benefit directly to you to help bridge gaps not covered by your health insurance such as deductibles and co-insurance. Includes Wellness Benefit: $50 paid once per calendar year fro employee only; two for family coverage Select from $1000 or $2000 Hospital Confinement Benefit Benefit pays once for each period of confinement (see policy for details) Includes Rehabilitation Unit Benefit - $100 per day up to 15 days Plan 1
