Group A | Will receive product kit, postcard and email Suggested # of A clients : 25 of your top clients, or prospects Group B | Will receive the postcard and the email. Suggested # of B clients : 100 Group C | Will receive only the email. Suggested # of clients: unlimited (great way to prospect)

PREPARING YOUR CLIENT LIST Begin with your client list in Excel format Separate clients into A, B, C groups based on importance to your business (see next slide) Transfer groups to the Variable Data Upload Template Verify that all appropriate fields are complete Send the Variable Data Upload template, along with a headshot (size 150x150, 150 dpi or higher) to missioncontrol@boundlessnetwork.com You will receive a call to verify progress
