7. How to start the process? Information about the Professional Fellowship Programme will appear directly after the Conference on the AD:uk website at www.artsdevelopmentuk.org In order to enrol in the programme you will need to complete a questionnaire which is lodged on Survey Monkey Your learning experience and qualifications can only be entered once. This is an annual survey, with professional development achievement assessed in each calendar year (Jan – Dec).

Professional Association Fellowship Programme Timetable: Questionnaires need to be completed by the 2 nd week of January Assessment will start at the end of January Fellowships will be awarded at the end of March You may need proof of your annual CPD experiences and it is recommended that you first upload and print off a questionnaire before you complete it on Survey Monkey.
