Current Committee Composition Committee consists of 16 members, including 10 members that are required by state statute, one appointment by each of the five County Commissioners, and 1 member to be the non-voting chair of the committee.

Solid Waste Fee The Board of County Commissioners approved the Solid Waste Fee for fiscal year 2010 on June 24, 2009. The annual residential base rate for 2010 was set at $4.04, which is the same rate as 2009.
