Twinning Project SR 10 IB JH 02 Objective and purpose of the project Overall ObjectiveTo contribute to protection of health and security of Serbia by implementing the Strategy and the Action Plan on Drugs 2009-2013 in line with the “ EU Drugs Action Plan for 2009-2012 ”. Project PurposeTo upgrade the system for the prevention of drug abuse and to fight production, trafficking and distribution of drugs in Serbia in accordance with EU standards.
