1. Preparation of Action Plan – 18 months 2. Preparation of survey tool – Questionnaire 3. Collection of Secondary Data 4. Analysis of secondary Data 5. Selection of Sample size for Need Assessment survey. 6. Need Assessment Survey – separate for 5 region. 7. Preparation of IEC strategy individually for all 5 region.

8. Action plan for Field NGOs 9. Monitoring and Evaluation of the FNGOs work according to Action Plan submitted. 10. Documentation, Consolidation of Reports, IEC strategies. 11. Finalization of reports and recommendations. 12. Develop sustainability of the project even completion of the project period.

Field NGOs were the actual performer of the activities based on NEED ASSESSMENT SURVEY. Identification of targets groups and their needs. Submission of Action Plan as per Need Assessment survey Develop Linkages – community consultations Establishing coordination Implementation and management of IEC strategy
