11 Dealer Product Services Operations – A Year of Growth Play OFFENSE Process & Procedure Review Dealer Co-op –GM Requires a unique account for each dealer Dealers must change passwords every 30 days We need your help keeping accounts up to date –Toyota Service Reminders must use the 5000 mile service schedule to qualify Requires specific information including logos and tag lines Requires dealers to purchase any conquest list from Toyota DWP, including their own customers! –DPS must supply the original invoice for these lists –Stay abreast of changes on DPS Intranet
