Priorities towards 2015 -Increase number of applications + Allocate more funds for IATSS promotion (PR workshops in mid-size cities, attractive ad on popular mass media in local language, verbal introduction, official website...) + Mobilize alumni, Comm. members (including Advisor and Observer agencies) support in promotion activities + Actively participate in IATSS program reform. -Consolidate the organization + Appoint vacant Comm. members, engage alumni in Secretariat; enhance efficient relationship with sponsor organization, alumni association; define operation regulation of National Committee and Secretariat. -Support IAM 2013 + Theme identification + Planning, quality assurance,… II.
