Creating a Group: Step 1 Go to www.fitbit.com and Log into your dashboardwww.fitbit.com In your dashboard, hover over “Community” and select “Activity Groups”

Creating a Group: Step 2 Here you can see the groups you already belong to, if any. This page also lists Popular Public Groups Click on “Create a Group”

Creating a Group: Step 3 Group Name must start with “NCCA STEP UP- TEAM…” You can name team after the main DC or your chiropractic office You must select Privacy Setting to “Public” Click “Create”

Invite Members to Your Group: Mass Invite Since the group privacy setting is set to “Public”, anyone can join your group Our suggestion is for your office to send a mass email to your patients using your office email system Use the “NCCA Start Up Kit” for tips, email content and other useful suggestions on how to increase the contest exposure Don’t forget to let your patients and their families know the group name you have selected!

Invite Members to Your Group: Individual Invite Once you have created a group you can invite members to join by going to the group page. In the members box you will see a link that says “Invite Members.” Click on this and enter the email address of the members you would like to invite (10 email addresses can be entered at a time). You can also customize the message to be sent with the invitation.
