1. Texas Regional Collaboratives 2008-2009 Science PDAs

2. New Policies State Office will: Cover transportation expenses to all PDAs Provide meals during training sessions Regional Collaboratives will: Cover hotel expenses for participants Provide per diem as needed

3. Travel Expenditures Include: Transportation Costs (personal vehicle, rental vehicles, airfare, taxis, shuttles, public transit) Lodging Costs (room rates, local occupancy taxes) Per Diem (food)

4. Reimbursements PDA participants will submit all travel expenses and receipts for each PDA to their Project Director. Each Regional Collaborative will then invoice the TRC State Office for any allowable transportation expenses.
