4. Travel Times Subject to Change Spend more time travelling to the meeting than actually in the meeting itself?

7. Elluminate Meetings Elluminate supports several different meeting types. Minimum participants is 2. Present to large audiences. Minimum equipment required is a headset, webcam is optional. Software runs in the web-browser, no installation required.

8. Conference-in Meeting held face-to-face with one or more participants joining remotely.

9. Remote Meetings All participants join the meeting remotely. Documents distributed online through Elluminate.

10. PowerPoint moderator Large Scale Presentations R Record for later viewings Presentation to multiple recipients. Interaction with presenter controlled by Moderator.

11. Participants willing to periodically hold meetings with up to 6 participants online. Provide feedback via an online questionnaire. Trial other software solutions performing similar functions. Meetings to be held between January and May 2010. What We Require
