9 Ground Transportation Vehicle Fees Paid On – Airport Rental Car Fee 90.78% of respondents charge this type of fee (69 airports) 56.52% (from 69 airports) base this fee strictly on a percentage of gross. Range: 4.5% - 14% Median: 10% 13.04 % (from 69 airports) base this fee on a percentage of gross in addition to a rent fee foot. 2.9 % (from 69 airports) base this fee on a percentage of gross in addition to per trip fee.
