Task Card Templates Choose one slide below each week to create a task card for a Tech Tub station. Make sure to fill in the “Notes” below the task card with your information. Follow the directions below to complete this station activity. This task uses: Common Core State Standards Glogster Edu Task Card Objective: To research facts about a historical figure and create a glog presentation 1.Open the app “Glogster” 2.Choose a layout: portrait or landscape 3.Assignment: Use biography.com to research facts about a chosen African American historical figure and create a glog displaying the following: a)Birth and death dates b)3 additional facts c)3 images d)Decorate your glog 4.Once complete, tap the arrow at the bottom right to save. 5.Tap the pencil in the top right corner and change your glog name to “yourname.blackhistorymonth” 6.On the home screen, tap the arrow and choose “copy url” 7.Login to your student email, paste the link, and email your glog to me. W.9-10.6. Use technology, including the Internet, to produce, publish, and update individual or shared writing products, taking advantage of technology’s capacity to link to other information and to display information flexibly and dynamically. SL.9-10.5 Make strategic use of digital media (e.g., textual, graphical, audio, visual, and interactive elements) in presentations to enhance understanding of findings, reasoning, and evidence and to add interest.
